Site Data Diagnostic
We begin by visiting your site to thoroughly map out the current people, processes, and technologies involved in production reporting. This allows us to understand how information flows and where inefficiencies may exist. From there, we identify opportunities to replace Excel with our platform, enabling more accurate and reliable data capture. Once the assessment is complete, we propose a revised reporting system in which roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, processes are streamlined, and technology is leveraged effectively.

Platform Configuration
Every mine site is unique, and so are the ways in which data is recorded and calculated. During the platform configuration stage, we tailor our system to align with your specific operational needs. This involves customising features and settings to ensure the platform accurately captures and reports what is most important to your site.

Deployment & Reporting
The final stage involves rolling out the platform onsite. We return to your site to train users on the system and ensure the new reporting processes are functioning effectively across people, processes, and technology. Once data is being accurately captured within the platform, we continue building out the reporting capabilities to provide deeper insights and greater operational visibility.
